Game Cards
Davis World Cup will be using game cards printed by our registration
system.
- For bracket games the rosters will be printed on the card.
Handwritten player additions are not allowed.
- Player uniform numbers might not be up to date, as this
information was entered several months before the tournament. The
coach should make corrections when the team checks in with the field
marshal.
- If a player is absent or cannot play they should be crossed off
at check-in time.
- For playoff games we intend to have updated game cards (with the
rosters for the teams) distributed to each field marshal table. If
we run into difficulties there will be a backup card that has the
game information but no roster - the coaches must add the players
when they check the team in with the field marshal. It is also
possible that we will be using sticky notes that have the rosters on
them.
This is a sample game card.

The reverse side should have a place for the referee to mark the
players who do not play each quarter. You can fold the card to line up
this chart with the roster. NOTE that on U19 and U16 games a field
monitor will be assigned who is responsible for tracking the playing
time for each player, rather than using the chart on the game card.
